Essential Requirements:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in financial environments
- Experience working with drafting loan contracts, leasing origination (preferable knowledge of equipment leasing contracts)
- Experience working with customers
- Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Microsoft Office package
- Able to work various shifts to support extended coverage for end of quarter activities (us hours 4 pm to 1 am)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare both standard and non-standard financial contracts.
- Prepare master Lease Agreements and required amendment.
- Perform deal validations ensuring credit, pricing and other requirements have been met for financing.
- Actively work with sales, legal, operations, and customers regarding invoices, financial contracts, and recovery of executed documents for EMC, VMware, or channel customers.
- Maintain accurate administrative records relevant to the transaction, including critical customer and partner information.
- Communicate updates, process, requirements and expectations to sales, customers, and partners as needed and support the lunch of new product types.
- May validate and process invoices and may be responsible for booking transactions into asset management system.
