- Experience on similar customer support position and data entry (SAP / CRM experience preferred)
- Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge
- Basic PC skills,
- Basic level in Microsoft Office,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Behavioral Competencies: Flexible and motivated, great team player
- Communication (Language) - Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and any additional language: German

Supporting the Customer Service area of the business by:
• Working as a team on a group email box , online portal, SAP and Sales Force systems to handle products returned for repair from our EMEA customers as accurately and expeditiously as possible;
• Customer Email / phone communications on RMA related questions, researching and resolving complaints regarding quality/invoicing/logistics/coverage etc to ensure customer retention and satisfaction;
• Contribute to the continuous process improvement initiative including SOP documentation and maintenance;
• Acting as a liaison between external/ internal customers and other S&PS business functions
• Maintain key KPI’s and SLA’s of the team
• Cooperation’s / Escalations to 3rd party repair facility and logistic
• Occasionally BI reporting
