    Cerinte

    • Excellent command of the English language;
    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
    • Fully developed communication skills;
    • Analytical, result/business oriented;
    • Space management experience;
    • Good experience of using Office package;
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix;
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.



    Responsabilitati

    • Create listing arguments for NPD by customer;
    • Create delist defence arguments by customer;
    • Identify range rationalisation opportunities by customer;
    • Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues by category by customer;
    • To use a variety of qualitative and quantitative sources (ad-hoc and continuous) to build our understanding of how the shopper shops our categories across customers and channels;
    • Provide shopper insight to the Customer Marketing team to drive excellence in customer marketing execution (working alongside the Business Analytics team);
    • Provide shopper expertise for specific customer presentations;
    • Drive best practice and consistency of data understanding and usage across the category and customer teams;
    • Conduct category- and space analyses to develop shelving strategies that drive category growth;
    • Based on category trend analysis and shopper knowledge, identify business opportunities;
    • Lead the space- and planogram process internally;
    • Work with sales force to secure implementation of shelving strategies and planograms, and conduct shelving tests instore with sales force.
