    Requirements

    - University Degree: Economics or Technical background;
    - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Marketing;
    - Knowledge related to the performance analysis of the marketing campaigns;
    - English – Advanced level;
    - Russian - Represents an advantage;
    - MS Office – Advanced level;
    - SPSS knowledge;
    - Good communications skills;
    - Analysis and synthesis capacity;
    - Creativity and initiative.

    Responsibilities

    - Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns conducted at group level and provide recommendations to increase their effectiveness;
    - Collaborate with research agencies for studies developed at group level, evaluate the research methods proposed by the market research agencies;
    - Prepare and interpret market research data related to buying preferences, customer needs and behaviours in order to identify potential markets and the factors that influence product demand;
    - Update the databases with information related to competition, prices, sales, marketing methods and use them in the decision making process;
    - Extract information and develop customer database analysis and marketing actions analysis at group level to understand customer behaviour;
    - Provide recommendations based on insights resulted from analyzes, proactively identify opportunities for improvement/ innovation.
