Requirements
* Ability to work & communicate with people across organizational units.
* Should be good on Tehnical Knowledge and Computer Hands On. Key Board skills of 25 wpm with 90%
* Leading by Example and ability to handle stressful situations.
* Knowledge of Client and end user requirement.
* Fluency in English and Dutch
Responsibilities
* Draft SOPs
* Support transition team in terms meeting milestones with respect to submission of Desk Procedures, SOPs for approval
* Conduct face 2 face sessions as part of knowledge acquisition
* Document the same in Base Harmony
* Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate with client
* Willingness to work in night shifts- N/A for Bucharest
