- Completed university studies (engineering);
- Experience in Engineering or Warranties is highly recommended;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Acces);
- Proficient level of English and French
- Good communication skills;
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced adaptability to international environment;

- Making blockage implementation documentation (blockage order, technical directive) in English / French and forwarding to technical departments;
- Checking the parts’ references (if they exist) and their availabilities;
- Collaboration with the Logistics Department to made the required parts available during the blockages and their monitoring;
- Closing the blockages and register them into the system
