Administrative Assistant

Schlumberger engineers, designs, and manufactures flow and pressure control technologies for customers working in the oil and gas industry worldwide.
A global organization provides support and delivers services using these leading technologies.

 University degree in administration/ management/ foreign languages sections;
 PC: Experience and very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
 Work experience in similar position;
 Knowledge of composing business documents, official correspondence;
 Experience in working with figures;
 Experience in creating reports and presentations;
 Experience in operating office equipment;
 PC: Experience and very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
 ERP/ MRP System, SAP knowledge it would be an advantage;
 English language written and speaking level advanced.

 Provide assistance to plant operational meetings;
 Organize meetings, dinners or other events; arrange hotel accommodation and transportation for visitors and employees;
 Issue SAP requisitions as required by internal customer;
 Supervise mail receiving, recording, sorting and delivering, as well as the sending mail activity, works out the external correspondence;
 Ensure translation of documents/ materials whenever required;
 Perform ad-hoc reports as required by the Management.
