Qualifications


•Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering
•3 years proven experience as Software Developer
•2 years in Java development
•SQL development skills
•Solid English communication capabilities (verbal and written) are a must.

Advantages


•Web Development, JavaScript, C++, C#, CI/CD tooling, Linux/Unix scripting, XLSX format & Apache POI XSSF is a plus
•Experience with cross system integrations technologies and architecture is an advantage (loosely coupled integrations, asynchronous communication)
•Strong investigation skills and instrumentation experience preferable.
•A sharp eye on application architecture understanding and evolving is a big plus.

Java Software Developer for the Software Factory is responsible for development, delivery, operations and of the Software Factory - the platform that drives product engineering and lifecycle management. The new team is the provider of the services to make it happen. This is a backend oriented position.



Responsibilities

•To design, deliver and operate best in class R&D Factory and Lifecycle Management toolchains for the HPE Software organization
•Providing onboarding services such as migration services, education to the consumers/SW teams.
•Designing and developing functional and/or technical capabilities within large scale enterprise products, while making ongoing design decisions
•Taking full ownership on various features and product areas
•Ability to get quickly acquainted with complex existing code
•Writing high quality feature specifications and/or design documents
•Working smoothly with local and remote multi-geo R&D and non-R&D teams, while keeping high visibility in a customer oriented mode
•Working according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and insuring high quality
