    3-4 weeks HR Internship coordinated by trainers in the IT industry. Program available in Cluj-Napoca. Send your CV to internship@arobs.com or apply on the form until 19th of May. The coordinators teach the interns to face challenges and make a difference in the IT industry.

    This HR internship is dedicated to students and not only, who want to learn, develop and implement recruitment strategies in the IT area. The goal is to train learners who are eager to assimilate technical and non-technical recruiting skills.

    During the HR internship, the interns will have the opportunity to learn:
     
    • How to make a research based on specific tech profiles.
    • How to organize priorities.
    • How to organize a list of candidates based on the highest probability of being employed.
    • How to use LinkedIn for recruiting tech profiles.
    • How to write a record of the work.
    • How to communicate having in mind specific profiles of the candidates.
    • How to understand and use a database.
    • How to make screening and follow-up.
