    As a Customer Care Representative at Yardi Romania in Cluj you will be part of a team of over 177 people working at a well-established IT company that delivers software solutions and services for real estate clients worldwide.

    Your main responsibilities will be submitting maintenance requests for residents, offering portal support to prospects and residents, and assisting prospective tenants with rental applications. You will help people find their dream apartment, get settled in and feel at home. And believe us when we say: you’ll be amazed by how good that will make you feel.


    Skills You'll Need and Skills You'll Learn


    Obviously, great English and good interaction skills are a must. Don’t worry though, we will help you sharpen all the other skills you might need here. The program starts with a 2-week training and you will continue to get regular coaching and mentoring that will help you grow.
    • No experience is required but the willingness to learn;
    • Great communication skills in both spoken and written English;
    • Good interaction skills;
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
    • Considered a plus: Call Center skills and background. Retail and service industry background. Good communication skills in Spanish will earn you an extra bonus!

    Daily Responsibilities
    • Handle calls, email or chat based customer inquiries and service requests in an efficient manner;
    • Deliver a professional customer service experience;
    • Maintain a high degree of professionalism, availability, dependability, and flexibility;
    • Positively represent our clients’ properties to current and prospective residents.
