• University degree in Telecommunication or similar degree with demonstrable relevant work experience in the technical service area, coupled with a track record of success
• Know fundamentals and principles of telecommunication networks 2G / 3G / 4G, xDSL, SDH
• At least 3 years of experience in network operations, commissioning and / or technical support activities
• Relevant experience in operational or customer services discipline with experience of working directly with customers
• Proven relationship management and communication skills
• High quality and problem solution awareness
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical relationships
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Installation quality control for active indoor systems
• Alignment of commissioning schedule with customer and network operator
• Execution of commissioning of indoor mobile equipments
• Execution of System Start Up
• Troubleshooting on system
• Securing of “go live” and customer approval
• Creation of required reporting and approval documents
• Escalation management during implementation phase
• Creation of required reporting and approval documents
• Escalation to project manager during implementation phase
• Engineering activities for new equipments installation, extension, removal
• Engineering activities for new site integration on an existing infrastructure
• Delivers activities reports also from a remote location, provides regular feedback to the project team
• Interprets technical customer requests
• Propose solution to customer problems/needs
• Formulates detailed technical Questions in order to identify all the needs
• Ensure successful implementation according to customer-defined procedures
• Provide ongoing support training; training on new features or technologies; lessons learned, expert trouble-shooting advice
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and suggest/perform corrective or preventative maintenance actions on issues reported by customers
• Provide technical support to all the Service Delivery teams
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the SLA.

• Mobility (international projects) travel around 80% of the working time

• This role will be based in Romania and reports to the Line Manager Planning & Implementation.
