• Qualifications
• Possess B.S. or M.S. in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
• Possess a minimum of 6+ years of software engineering or related experience
• Possess at least 2 years of extensive experience using the tools like REST, microservices
• Docker, Chef/Puppet etc, DevOps Automation, CI/CD areas
• Strong scripting experience e.g. Python, Ruby, and Perl etc
• Virtualization and container experience, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes is a must
• Experience with Latest Open Source Cloud Technologies like Cassandra, Mesos, Kubernetes, Kafka NoSql, Docker, etc is a must
• Strong public cloud infrastructure background, Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration, Network Configuration or Management, Oracle Database administration
• Experience with automation/configuration management using either Chef, Puppet or an equivalent
• Experience in building / setup of Continuous delivery frameworks with Git / Maven / Gradle / Hudson tools or any equivalent
• Experience in application development and database/storage management, esp. Oracle.
• Possess extensive experience with automated tools

This technical leadership includes hands-on technology role at Oracle with responsibilities ranging from assisting product development teams in the appropriate selection and use of DevOps tools to enable the ultimate goal of continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) model into the product cloud environments.
As a contributor to Oracle Cloud for Industries (OCI) Platform Development team, you will work closely with Cloud Architects, Cloud Network Engineer teams to design, document, implement, and automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and deployment across heterogeneous computing environments.
Successful candidate will be an automation evangelist, results driven and passionate about delivering great quality products and solutions used by big pharmaceutical companies. He/she should be experienced and hands-on, with good analytical skills, problem solving with great team working and collaboration capabilities to work with product development teams to build end to end DevOps infrastructure to enable faster delivery of cloud products.
