- Cunostinte avansate de Excel (VBA, VLOOKUP);
- Buna cunoaste si utilizare a limbii engleza - nivel avansat;
- Gandire analitica si atentie la detalii;
- Abilitatea de a se adapta si a lucra cu volume;
- Studii superioare.
- Generarea de rapoarte din diverse aplicatii si pentru diverse categorii de produse (Home Care, Baby Care): extragerea de date, comasarea acestora si aplicarea de filtre conform cerintelor pentru realizarea rapoartelor pentru utilizatorii finali;
- Asigurarea suportului pentru activitatile de protocol: rezervare sali, printare materiale, comandare mancare;
- Asigurarea materialelor si a produselor necesare pentru departamentul Marketing;
- Oferirea de ajutor pentru calatoriile de afaceri si pentru vizitele din magazine pentru angajatii din departamentul Marketing: asigurarea ca beneficiaza de transport, cazare si alte resurse necesare;
- Realizarea deconturilor de cheltuieli pentru angajatii din departamentul Marketing.
