About us

Ubisoft Bucharest has been an important pillar for the local gaming industry since, being the first Ubisoft production studio outside France. It has a strong history of contributing to iconic AAA franchises such as Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Watch Dogs and Just Dance, and has helped develop a total of over 60 games. Today, the studio is the 2 nd largest Ubisoft studio worldwide and continues to tackle the biggest challenges in gaming and technology, contributing to the creation of new and amazing games.

Your profile

• 2 years experience in Assets Management and/or Logistics
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent command of English
• Good Excel knowledge
• Business-oriented solutions for internal partners
• Customer oriented
• Attention to details
• Confidentiality and integrity
• Demonstrated capacity for self-organization

Your tasks

• Implement new process of assets tracking and integration with the other support departments (IT, Admin, Procurement)
• Manage orders/returns of equipment from HQ (kits and debugs)
• Manage all internal movements of equipment and record the changes in the system
• Ensure physical administration and tracking of assets
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory
• Hold regular meetings with client departments
• Develop projects & improvements
• Follow-up on KPI and tickets statistics
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports
• Perform system reconciliations (ITAM, accounting, KIT, custom databases)
• Manage taxi vouchers
