Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.
- University graduate level educational background or equivalent education along with large occupational experience in the related field OR Nonacademic education / background in the field with profound occupational experience, minimum 3-4 years of practical experience in the IT area.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) is necessary - you need to provide technical support for our clients in English language. Other languages beside English are a plus.
- Customer oriented and focused on problem resolution and SLA's,
- Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge in operating with networking basic protocols, Proficient with PC hardware and software knowledge; Knowledge on Oil Exploration & Production software is a plus.
- Team player who is self-motivated and can also work independently;
- Solid communication and interaction skills

- Maintains IT Services according to defined SLAs + OLAs for allocated department specific services without guidance and monitoring for daily activity and for project activities, respecting the principles and rules in place:
o Applies independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements;
o Offer L2 support and assistance to clients answering their requests and questions. Solve problems related to the applications;
o Proposes improvements to the applications;
o Ensuring availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation;
o Gives guidance to junior business colleagues for applications use;
o Follow documented processes and procedures for support request handling and case escalation;
o Execute local/remote interventions and monitoring activities on the customer's equipment when necessary;
o Ability to evaluate Network and Applications Performance, understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, dns, DHCP, http, .. ) as well as wireless networking. Understanding of Monitoring and Management Tools.
- Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Very good communication & presentation skills — deliver presentations, organize and drive meetings (on-site, video-conferences),
- Ability to structure, draft and review technical documentation. write clear and concise documentation
- Should be able to mentor junior member of the team. Should act as a role model. Support the identifications of training needs, develop training material.
- Knowledge of IT Implementation Projects methodology, phases and deliverables, experience with custom IT development projects. Supports stakeholder management and communication. Supports business process.
- Willingness to learn new things. Extremely flexible if workflow is changing. Ability to work under pressure and remain decisive. Accept advice and constructive feedback and applies them in a productive manner;
- Respect and maintains the integrity and confidentiality of data and information during daily operations
