For our HR Department Pitesti, we are looking for a  HR Internship

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on HR recruitment and selection activities
• Internet sourcing for suitable candidates or professional profiles
• Contacting candidates, interviews scheduling
• Keep the record in our CV’s Taleo data-base
• Create different HR reports as request
• Administrative tasks according to specifications and internal processes
• Participation on different HR events
• Proof verbal and written communication in Romanian and English

Requirements:

• Student or graduated (psychology, sociology, human resources)
• Planning and multitasking skills
• Communicative, dynamic, interested in self-development
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Internet browsing, social media sourcing and recruiting channel
• English knowledge
