- min 2 year of experience in testing (performance, automation, manual)
- Conflict resolution skills
- Experience with test planning & project planning
- Testing strategies & testing techniques
- Testing theory knowledge & practical experience with functional testing and test design
- Basic Java knowledge
- English - advanced (fluent verbal communications with English speaking customers)
- Knowledge of various delivery models (SDLCs)
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of CMMI, ISTQB standards
- JIRA administration experience
- Continuous integration tools (Jenkins , Team City)
