For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Configuration Services Project Manager.
The CS (Configuration Service) Project Manager coordinates the Customer Deal Setups in the end-to-end environment, at a world-wide level, from the early pre-sales up to the product being ready to order.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
- Experience: 1+ years in IT industry and/or Supply Chain;
- Very strong, proven English language skills – both verbal and written;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Leadership skills (driving attitude, results oriented, proactive follow-up).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle (New Product Introduction to End Of Life) in cooperation with category teams;
- Develop and deploy special configurations (with fast, predictable TATs) in our EMEA and worldwide factories;
- Run feasibility with relevant teams to found out if the customer's requirements are feasible;
- Track the details about the project progress using internal workflow tool (Everest);
- Effective escalation management: in case of technical problem, delay or customer escalation, the CSPM owns driving the resolution plan cross-functions and communicating properly to the Sales Team and to Senior Management.
