    Administrative Support
    • Research for purchasing, quotations, general suppliers and travel
    • Documents archiving
    • Prep documents for ONRC and ANAF
    • Keep in touch with the list of agreed suppliers, couriers and building administrator/ suppliers
    • Responsible with internal office facilities requirements (supplies, cleaning personnel)

    • Welcome and accommodate guests (candidates, clients)
    • Daily meeting rooms set-up

    HR Admin
    • Employees access cards, bank accounts, documents (addresses, certificates)
    • Monthly attendance registration/vacations
    • Employees support for daily activities

    Marketing support
    • Admin responsibilities for internal events

    • Part-time: 6h/zi (08:30-14:30, 13:00 -19:00)
