Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
-Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment & selection of personnel;
-College degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy);
-Advanced knowledge of English;
-Proficiency using Microsoft office applications (e.g. Excel, word);
-Strong written and oral communication skills;
-Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
-Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations, using different tools: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, executive search and head hunting;
-Schedule candidate interviews; -Conduct both face-to-face and telephonic interviews;
-Realizing CV's in a standard format and creating the candidate's profile;
-Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
-Act as a Single Point of Contact for various corporate clients and maintain a strong professional relationship with those in charge for;
-Choose the proper recruitment methods and tools;
-Carefully respect the follow-up procedures with both clients and candidates.
