EMERSON - INTERNSHIP, EVENTS COORDINATOR

During a 9 months internship, this role will offer support for the core organizational team of the Emerson Global User Exchange 2018, in all of its phases, of accomplishing a solid, interesting, and safe conference for Emerson's worldwide major clients. 


The primary job duties and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to:

•Offering support to the Events Coordinator in Cluj to prepare for the conference in all aspects of a series of tasks like:
- Managing the event's system administration; 
- Communicating with all of the International Players;
- Maintaining and reporting of all of the exchange parameters;
- Coordinating all of the internal and external communication processes; 
- Preparing the events check lists and other administrative related tasks; 
•Replacing the Events Coordinator while absent;  
•Take responsibility and be accountable for all the delegated tasks that she/he will have to perform;
•Develop a certain kind of expertise that is and will be relevant for the development of the overall project. 


Qualifications include:

•University degree in marketing, international business, PR & communication related profiles;
•Fluency in English (speaking and writing); 
•Ability to work with higher management; 
•Ability to handle stress; 
•Ability to add a set of skills & knowledge to the core's team abilities, ideally covering:
- Photoshop;
- Adobe; 
- PowerPoint;
- WordPress content management; 
•Team player; accountability; 
•Presentation skills.
