    Cerinte

    - Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Italian
    - At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or account management role
    - Well organized and punctual
    - A good team player
    - A self-starter who likes to get the job done properly
    - A critical eye for detail

    Responsabilitati

    - Providing day to day support for the client base and ensure that customers are serviced appropriately
    - Organizing the timely trading of utility services for the clients.
    - Working continuously with customer portfolio to identify and quantify their expectations
    - Guiding customers through the negotiation of their electricity and gas contracts
    - Working closely with other teams, departments and suppliers to resolve client issues in line with the SLA
    - Producing reports relating to energy budgets, savings and performance in line with client specification
    - Keeping up to date with and understanding all changes within the industry and communicating them to clients when required
