Experience in a similar position - Minimum 3 years;
Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Outlook);
English - Advanced level;
Knowledge and experience in working with accounting software (Navision knowledge in a plus);
Good knowledge of the financial, accounting and fiscal legislation;
Responsible person, organized, dynamic;
Analytical thinking, organizational spirit;
Ability to evaluate and make decisions;
Very good communication skills;
Reporting skills, working under pressure, stress resistance.

Ensure correct and timely registration records;
Make payments and record bank statements in the accounting program;
Operates invoices from suppliers in the accounting program;
Ensures the preparation and archiving of the supporting documents and of the accounting registers according to the legislation;
Coordinates, verifies and responds to the company's accounting activity;
Organize, supervise and participate in the closing of the month ;
Ensures the preparation and forwarding of all mandatory declarations and reports, which concern the financial-accounting and fiscal fields;
Prepares the annual financial statements as well as other documents/ reports requested by the General Director;
Ensures and is responsible for fulfilling in time the obligations of the company towards the state budget and third parties in accordance with the legal provisions in force;
Participate in the annual audit and keep in touch with the auditors;
Proposes concrete and effective measures to remove unfavorable economic situations;
Represents the company in relation to control bodies and other financial institutions.
