    Requirements

    Ideal Candidate:

    Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree student/recent graduate in Psychology,
    Sociology, Human Resources, Communication or Management
    Fluent English and proven ability to work in an international context
    Previous Executive Search or Recruitment experience is a strong plus
    Understanding of the recruitment process in a business context
    Understanding the consulting business model
    Good communication, strong dynamism, and interactive mentality

    Responsibilities

    The role will include the following responsibilities:

    Recruitment and executive search responsible for international niche markets
    Designing and developing technical job offers and managing incoming applicants
    Implementing executive search and sourcing techniques to identify new candidates
    Pre-qualifying candidates based on interpersonal skills and technical knowledge in their respective field
    Upon your own assessment, interview planning with Business Managers
    Handling recruitment projects with worldwide managers and directors
    Identify follow-up actions to be made for the recruitment development of your respective business-line
