    Cerinte

    Previous human resources experience represents an advantage;
    Follow up and documentation skills required;
    Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
    English level: intermediate / advanced;
    Must be highly organized.

    Responsabilitati

    Interacting day to day with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner;
    Conducting role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process.
    Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the hiring manager;
    Extending offers of employment to selected candidates.
    Keeping evidence of labor contracts;
    Drawing-up different labor documents;
    Developing & implementing sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools;
    Communicating effectively position opportunity and client value proposition;
    Managing all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process;
    Developing and maintaining relationships and seek referrals of other candidates;
    Managing candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback..
