    Requirements

    Required knowledge:
    Training and qualification
    -University (Degree)

    Responsibilities

    Major Duties:
    -Elaborate price calculations in accordance with the pricing policies of DAG and MBRO for invoicing the sold vehicles towards the authorized partners and MBRo direct customers. Check and apply corresponding sales measure depending on the sales channel, check the eligibility of the vehicle configuration for the granted sales support
    -Elaborate new price calculations for the sold vehicles, if specific sales measures are released after the vehicles had been invoiced or if the vehicles are sold through a different sales channel thus benefiting for a different type of sales support.
    -Compiles and generates report statistics using complex tools or databases, ensures effective administrative support to the sales team and provides management with reports on sales volumes, market data and market shares, competitor reports, stock evolution, customer data
    -Coordinate the allocation of MBRo Company Cars, ensuring order processing and necessary documentation for registration and delivery of the vehicles to users in due time
    -Responsible for conducting all compliance controls of the Sales Division MBC according to the established frequency and ensure proper documentation is uploaded in the system on time and all findings are transparently communicated and documented
    -Performs on demand CSL check (customer sanction list) for each potential customer and provides the resulted outcome to the requester from sales team.
    -Prepares and administrates all insurance policies for all the vehicles in use that belong to the MBC department (registered for different purposes like demonstrators, press vehicles, company cars, pool cars), requests issuing new insurance policies or renewal/cancelation of the existing ones.
