    Qualifications:

    - University degree: Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT (ASE)
    - Good knowledge of one of the following technologies: C/C++, C#, Java, XML, SQL, -
    Oracle and database management
    - Good English knowledge
    - Ability to work independently as well as being a team player and work under tight time constraints.
    - Able to quickly understand new concepts
    - Possess analytical thinking, be detail oriented and well-organized
    - Be able to communicate effectively with clients and persons holding different roles

    …What will you contribute?

    The Engineering Support function is looking for bright technical/IT contributors to support, innovate and expand our software. The product we are working for, entitled FusionInvest & Fusion Capital Sophis, can handle the complete trading lifecycle from portfolio management, to investment operations, to risk management and compliance across a wide range of asset classes. More than 120 buy-side customers rely on our solutions, including some of the world’s top asset managers, hedge funds and pension funds.

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    - Responding to and resolving client problems within performance standards
    - Maintaining the Misys products and improving existing modules by investigating of issues and perform its qualification as Bug, Normal Behavior or Enhancement Request
    - Investigating technical (and functional if needed) defects – debugging- and proposing adequate solutions
    - Providing maintenance for existing projects
    - Maintaining and enhancing the technical specifications & best practices documentation
    - Act as a software quality advocate through manual testing & be responsible of fix deliveries
    - Whenever a case is classified as a bug you will responsible for searching for a potential workaround that may unblock the client and provide a clear functional description of the problem, root cause analysis and how to reproduce scenario to Level 3
