Know-How and experience in EAI/SOA environment. TIBCO products (iProcess and BusinessWorks) knowledge is preferable but not mandatory
Good Java experience (version 1.6 upwards) is preferable but not mandatory
Experience in creation of SOA-Designs and architecture (esp. webservices)
XPath, XQuery, WSDL, XML, SOAP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, JDBC
Knowledge about the concepts: service, contract, reusability, orchestration, message exchange pattern
BPMN knowledge
Basic understanding of JavaScript
Linux experience, basic shell scripting

Developing Tibco services according to the Functional Requirements of the projects and the common Tibco best practices
Unit testing the developed Tibco services to ensure their quality
Delivering these services to the proper environments according to their life cycle
Perform or be subject to peer-reviews on the services developed by you and your team mates
Assisting the testers, functional analysts, during the different test phases in case any clarification/debugging on the functionalities is needed
Assisting the Production Support team during Tibco releases into the Production Environment.
