    Requirements

    Education: University Bachler Degree
    Experience in at least one of the following HR functional area: Compensation & Benefits; Recruitment; Industrial Relations; Talent Management
    Min 3 years of experience in HR;
    Human Resources Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management;
    Basic Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation Knowledge;
    Good skills in presenting and communicating information;
    Action Oriented;
    Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations with a consultative approach;
    Persuading & Influencing
    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Additional Requirements:
    Act in a consultative manner;
    IT&C Market Knowledge;

    Responsibilities

    In Ericsson the HR Generalist (HRG) role has the purpose to implement HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions within an organizational unit or geographical location in close cooperation with line management, Regional/Global HR Business Partners , Subject Matter Experts and HR Shared Services Centers. HR Generalist role is to advice and support Line Managers and HRBPs on people related challenges, problem solving and decisions while ensuring the local legal compliance. HR Generalist role is to facilitate local execution of organizational changes initiatives and programs.

    HR Generalists are positioned as trusted advisors on people related challenges and strategies, facilitating effective problem solving and decisions making.

    Responsibilities:

    1 .Local execution of global processes:
    Talent Acquisition (employer branding activities; interviews for high level and complex roles; offer training, advice and coaching to line managers on Talent Acquisition processes and practices)
    Talent Management ( deliver training and coaching to managers and employees on Performance Management process, Talent Planning and Leadership Development programs; follow-up on employee engagement targets and actions; facilitate talent calibration; work with managers to put in place performance improvement programs)
    Total Rewards (advice on trends and local benchmark practices; facilitate and support salary review increase decisions; educate, train and advice local managers and employees on Compensation & Benefits processes, tools and practices)
    Learning & Development (advice local managers and HRBP's to identify learning needs and means to address them; communicate learning processes and programs to managers and employees)
    Human Resources Operations (ensure compliance to local laws; train, advice and coach line managers on HR Global Operations processes, tools and practices; secure immigration compliance; manage local disciplinary processes)

    2. You will work to build employee engagement in the country dimension (local/Business Unit/Region)

    3. Local stakeholder management and compliance (ensure compliance between Country's Labor Law and Company's rules and regulations)

    4. Represent Human Resources on local management and governance team (secure a proper execution of the people strategy at a country level; establish and maintain local directives and instructions)
