    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

    Requirements

    - Customer service/ support desk experience at least 1 year
    - Basic knowledge of Unix and Windows,
    - Basic database knowledge
    - Collaboration with other support operations/organizations to prioritize and ensure problem resolution
    - Logical thinking, problem solving skills
    - Team work
    - Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
    - English language skills - mandatory (written and spoken)
    - Work in 3 shifts: 7:00-16:00 / 9:00- 18:00 / 11:00-20:00 (includes 1h lunch break)
    - On-call support during the weekend and possibly during the weeknights (on a rotation basis)

    Nice to have:
    - German language skills
    - Java programming courses

    Responsibilities

    - Provides level 1 support to clients and/or IBM client resolution teams including access management, driving surveys, supervising calls;
    - collaboration with other support operations/ organizations to prioritize and ensure problem resolution;
