    Job Mission

    As Knowledge Editor, you will be thoroughly focused on knowledge overview activities, so that the information and experience is shared and utilized inside and outside the organization in a standard and appropriate manner.

    How you are

    • You are IT passionate and willing to learn the specifics of this industry and how the services are delivered
    • You have a keen eye for details and understand the importance of knowledge sharing and knowledge management inside and outside the organization
    • You are able to absorb and understand technical and non-technical information, to a required standard. Technical information however will be provided by technical colleagues.
    • You are flexible and open-minded, being able to adapt to the changes that occur
    • You have an analytical mind set, that helps you understand how processes function and their dynamics within delivering services
    • You have good communication and presentation skills, which help you interact with all types of customers
    • You are able to get consensus and collaboration across multiple areas
    • You understand clients' needs and concerns and respond promptly and effectively to their needs

    Nice to have

    • 2 years experience in an IT Service environment
    • Familiarisation of information systems, technology functions and applications in line with industry standards, as appropriate to the role
    • Understanding of "shift-left" process and its benefits
    • Ability to engage and influence on relevant issues at all levels both internally and customer facing
    • Previous involvement in project-related activities
    • Experience of reporting
    • Establishing straight-forward, productive relationships

    Responsabilitati

    What you have to do

    Review and Maintenance of the knowledgebase – including but not limited to the following activities:

    • Manage the internal division working knowledge by collaborating with the division and Operations management teams
    • Manage knowledge articles held within the service tooling in line with Company processes
    • Provide standard reporting on a monthly basis

    Knowledge innovation - including but not limited to the following activities:

    • Maintain the knowledgebase as required by communicating and obtaining information from all parties involved
    • Address questions and ask for feedback from stakeholders that are impacted by knowledge sharing and knowledge management changes or updates
    • Work with the internal and external support teams, to encourage and develop their proactive involvement in the creation and update of knowledge articles
    • Attend meetings with Operations and Management in order to be up-to-date when it comes to knowledge sharing and knowledge management activities
    • Synthetize information and translate it into visual schemes, which can be access by all internal parties involved
    • Share your knowledge and encourage others to adopt the same mind-set on this topic, offering them with your support and guidance
    • Propose ways to optimize the way the knowledge is managed and shared internally and follow-up on your proposals

    Other Knowledge Management-related activities - including but not limited to the following activities:

    • Appropriate involvement in transitional activities (new and existing clients) as set out in the global processes
    • Identify own development needs in line with business objectives
    • Act in accordance with Cegeka’s Information Security Policies, and report any potential or actual security events or other security risks to the organisation
