    Requirements

    • Good written and verbal skills in German and, ideally, French.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Good in CRM software (SalesForce) and ERP (Oracle)
    • Result driven
    • Positive and patient
    • Task prioritization and follow-up skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and standard work processes to perform routine tasks.
    • Ability to check work for accuracy before completion of tasks.
    • Ability to determine when tasks are complete.
    • Ability to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment

    Responsibilities

    • Daily processing of subscription and perpetual orders
    • Lead role on executing day-to-day expectations
    • Perform general business operations duties
    • Assist external and internal customers by answering questions and developing relationships
    • Participate on problems resolution in order to build and maintain a strong relationship within PTC
    • Provide feedback to Management about existing direct business processes
    • Support new business opportunities with cross functional teams to ensure order processing smoothness.
    • Participate in the development of policies and procedures
    • Process of different type of orders on occasional basis as required per volume
    • Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction
