    Cerinte

    - Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with content management systems
    - Minimum 5 years’ experience authoring and editing website content for transactional and informational websites
    - Demonstrated experience managing multiple requests and projects, defining content review processes and estimating work in a fast-paced, global team
    - Expert proficiency in all MS Office applications
    - Expert English writing and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style
    - Consultative, adaptable, and flexible interpersonal approach and customer-focused mindset
    - Proven ability to write effectively on tight deadlines.
    - Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects on tight deadlines, while still delivering high-quality, impactful results.
    - Commitment to continuous personal and team process improvement

    Responsabilitati

    - Regularly optimize content to comply with best practices, staying relevant with current trends and ensuring continuous improvement.
    - Reviewing and editing knowledge articles and other informational and instructional site content drafted by Knowledge Management (KM) Analysts. Foster innovation by collaborating with content owners and other content creators.
    - Ensuring documentation is compliant with internal standards and external regulations for various countries.
    - Training understand and implement User Experience guidelines and writing best practices.
    - Provide feedback and recommendations on KM Analyst documents.
    - Preparing reports covering documentation metrics and delivery outcomes.
