Requirements:
As a (Senior) Consultant, you will be an important part of our team and will actively be involved in our projects. You will assume responsibility for one or more project parts or smaller projects, develop perspectives and insights for the client, interact directly with clients (interviewing clients, leading client teams), create and deliver presentations, be involved in project management and contribute to our business development activities.
The main types of projects you will work in are: performance of internal audits, set-up, review or restructuring of internal audit functions, SOX404 assistance, provision of other advisory services in relation with business processes and internal controls, provide advisory services for the clients operating in the outsourcing market etc.

Main responsibilities:
• Advise clients on internal control and business process improvement
• Perform internal audit assignments for our clients
• Assume indicated roles in projects according to your position
• Lead teams during the engagements
• Liaise with actual and potential clients at a technical level
• Coordinate, coach and supervise staff at less senior levels

Candidate profile:
• University degree
• ACCA and/or CIA certificates is a plus
• At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in consulting practices and/or relevant working experience in one or more industries in connection to the SOX compliance, internal control systems, risk management, process improvement, internal audit etc.
• Previous financial audit experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a Big4 company is a plus
• Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to observe deadlines and to deliver good results under pressure
• Assessment and prioritization of multiple tasks, projects and demands
• Strong analytical skills
• Available for business travel
• Flexible in working independently or in a team, as required by tasks assigned
• Drive for developing professionally and building long term relationships with clients and colleagues
