    Cerinte


    • Minimum 2 years in a leadership position (experience managing large distributed teams)
    • Software project management knowledge (experience managing multiple projects simultaneously)
    • Understanding of project management methodology; can model systems and reports using Excel, Project, Word, VISIO and other standard tools
    • Experience managing a project including establishing project plan and project budget, determining task dependencies, assigning tasks and implementing operational changes
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Responsabilitati


    Management
    • Ability to manage single reports or small teams of junior staff.
    • Identify, report and liaise on issues with external partners.
    • Manage multiple customers – understand their needs and provide solutions to needs and problems, experienced in customer relations

    Fiscal
    • Responsibility for adherence to set budgetary limits.
    • Ensure development time estimates and basic cost information is collected.

    Leadership
    • Build and evolve effective team; provide challenges and developmental opportunities to ensure that all employees reach their potential; grow rising stars.
    • Drive and motivate team to deliver, from milestone to milestone.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that have an effect on the successful completion of the project;
    • Maintain regular communication with project team and coordinate dependencies with external partners;
    • Participate in the hiring process to ensure qualified candidates are available to meet project requirements;

    Execution
    • Establish and assign task objectives from defined project goals; achieve project deliverables through managing team at a sub-project level
    • Proactively assess and mitigate risk for assigned scope; develops and plans schedules accordingly

    Business Management
    • Make decisions around the balance between quality/time/cost, and direct the team accordingly.
    • Provide input to budget and budget planning process and adhere to this budget

    Creative Quality
    • Prioritize and resolve issues through creative problem solving skills; recognize and balance priorities of eliminating the root causes of problems; ability to predict quality degradation and address.
