Requirements
What You Bring to The Team:
• Previous experience in IT recruitment projects (>3 year)
• Established network of contacts from software industry
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Capability to organize your tasks accordingly and prioritize assignments
• Being a team player, but also being able to work independently
• A proactive mindset, who shares ideas and brings them to life
• An open mind in terms of continuous improvement, and involvement in various strategic topics
• A communicative, proactive person, who wants to be involved in developing and building teams, to engage in
new and interesting projects, to headhunt

- Large existing network of contacts among software professionals
- Excellent English language skills;
- Advanced MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, from CEOs of big companies, to IT Managers.
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
• Being part of strategy setting and prioritization of projects, alongside and in direct contact with clients, internal
stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Operations, HR) and technical team
• Being direct contact with chosen projects
• Successfully reviewing project details, in direct contact with hiring managers, to understand the projects’ needs
• Ensuring planning, execution and proactive change of recruiting strategies to match the needs
• Searching and attracting the right candidates, in terms of quality and match to company’s vision and culture
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including budgets and their negotiation both with projects and
candidates.
• Keep long term contact with potential candidates, seamlessly leading them through the recruitment process from
job posting, candidate identification, initial contact, scheduling interviews, to providing guidance up to point of
offer, and afterwards
• Be involved into retention and people management, both in terms of strategy but also with direct focus.
• Update and maintain our ATS in shape, but be proactive in the selection and development of new tools
• Grow your technical understanding, including joining internal or external workshops, as well as new trends in IT
and Recruitment
• Be part of the steering of the company strategy, the HR&Recruitment strategy, and the department’s structure
