CPAS Coordinator (entry level)

Experience and Skills
• Knowledge of International transportation processes.
• MS Office skills.
• Self-Starter and good organization. Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication and ability to work within tight timescales.

CPAS: The systematic return of failed parts from field locations to either Oracles Engineering groups or Repair Supplier Network for deep dive root cause analysis and feedback.

Key Activities

• Day to Day management and control of CPAS process
• Single point of contact for any questions on a particular CPAS part.
• Review each CPAS request as it is created to clarify that all information is available,
• Assign the CPAS to relevant engineer location/person as appropriate and follow up with requester for shipping information.
• Send pre-alert to DHL.
• Track the waybills. Follow up with each T2 and T1 to make sure CPAS parts are received into BAD CPAS. Clear up any discrepancies.
• Request order/ERO to move each CPAS from the T1 to testing location
• Track each waybill and ensure final tester has the part.
• Follow up with testing location for results of each CPAS (both FA and RCCA). Get results entered in tool
• Write Requester Response with the results. Follow up on any questions the requester might have.
• Train repair vendors/engineers as needed.
