    Requirements

    - University Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent; nevertheless, education in relevant field is also acceptable when accompanied by relevant sales experience;
    - At least two years’ experience in Direct Sales or in Sales in the IT/Telecom industry;
    - Understanding of sales process and proven track of sales history supported by strong written, verbal communication and customer relationship management skills;
    - Computer literacy in MS Office, in E-mail business communication, and preferably experience with a CRM System;
    - Advanced level of English language on written and spoken communication;
    - Comfort in selling to mid-to-upper level executives / well-shaped negotiation skills;
    - Ability to network connections to the Business Community;
    - Flexible working attitude;
    - Valid driver license cat. B, and satisfactory driving record;

    Responsibilities

    - Identifies the telecom/communication needs i.e. Mobile & Fixed Voice/Data, Broadband Internet, TV Web & Mobile for existing Telekom Romania accounts, and prospects new corporate customers;
    - Secures the existing customer base through proactive retention;
    - Successful achievement of sales targets and ability to surpass them;
    - Offers counseling and advises best price solutions, aligned to customer needs;
    - Creates and delivers effective PowerPoint and Excel-based sales presentations;
    - Awareness and permanent monitoring of competition;
    - Directs the entire direct sales transaction including customer identification, sales proposal development, and closing;
    - Keeps the B2B customer database up-to-date with contact records and visit reports;
