Bine organizat, orientat catre livrarea rezultatelor;
Cunostinte MS Office, in special Excel;
Experienta utilizare SAP (reprezinta un plus);
Cunostinte limba engleza nivel mediu-avansat;
Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare.

Ofera suport departamentului financiar contabil;
Mentine interfeta usor accesibila beneficiarilor pentru materialele disponibile, pentru solicitarile de achizitii;
Introduce coduri de material in sistem, comunica cu alte departamente si genereaza rapoarte prin prelucrarea datelor;
Asigura verificarea codurilor materialelor pe baza contractelor sau solicitarilor beneficiarilor;
Redacteaza studii de caz si efectueaza calculele de analiza a costului impreuna cu departamentul financiar si beneficiarii interni;
Sustine programele de reducere a costurilor impreuna cu celelalte departamente.

Locatia: Piata Presei;
Contractul se va desfasura pe o perioada determinata (6 luni-1 an).
