    Cerinte

    o Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Experience in developing and implementing integrated Marketing & Communications campaigns using wide portfolio of online and offline channels;
    o Experience in Recruitment Marketing / Employer branding would be an advantage
    o Experience in large corporation with multiple business lines, budget sources and stakeholders would be an advantage
    o University degree in Marketing / Communications / Economics
    o Very good written and spoken English language skills;
    o Effective communication / copywriting skills;
    o Digital literacy:
    o MS Office (must);
    o Enterprise social media savvy (advantage);
    o Graphic design/video editing (advantage);
    o Proactive self-starter who can work at a fast pace;
    o Able to work independently and also integrate with other functions;
    o Strong interpersonal skills;
    o Committed and results oriented;

    Responsabilitati

    o Contributes to developing the employer branding strategy and implements it for positioning Accenture as an employer of choice within all target audiences (fresh graduates and experienced professionals), in close cooperation with the Recruitment team;
    o Coordinates the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns for increasing the company’s awareness in the target groups;
    o Manages the local Social Media channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, blog (editorial calendar, comments moderation, cooperation with business colleagues for content creation, activations, contests, etc);
    o Acts as the local point of contact for the global Social Media team;
    o Works with global and local agencies for designing and producing advertising materials;
    o Provides marketing support for Accenture own or 3rd party events (conferences, workshops, sponsorships, job fairs, etc)
    o Handles communications materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.) – cooperation with stakeholders for deciding on the content, graphic design, production, distribution;
    o Handles the production and distribution of branded objects, according to purpose, budget and brand rules;
    o Administrates and negotiates contracts with suppliers and partners;
    o Provides support for the Media Relations activity;
    o Contributes to internal communication projects (newsletters, portals, events);
    o Follows global brand guidelines and all relevant policies;
    o Manages specific administrative and financial tasks: procurement, contracts archiving, budget updates.
