HR Officer

H. Essers Company, with Romanian head office In Oradea, is currently looking for an HR Officer. As an HR Officer, you will be involved in all HR activities requiered in a transport and logistics company.

-University degree in Economics, Psychology or Law
-Good command of English (written and spoken)
-Experience in a similar position at least 2 years
-Experience in transport field and also in an international environment will be an advantage;
-Knowledge of Romanian labor laws
-HR inspector certificate
-Perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities
-Very good communication skills, team spirit
-Very good computer skills (MS Office — especially in Excel)
-Able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

-Responsible for personnel administration
-Making different reports regarding employees
-Provide advice regarding employee relations issues
-Salary and diurna calculation
-Preparing necessary documents for employment, modification or ending the labor contracts
-Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
-Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Reporting directly to the HR Manager
