We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and pro-active Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate holds relevant experience of working within the Learning & Development (L&D) function in a global organization and thrives in a fast paced, results oriented environment, requiring a high degree of flexibility, whilst retaining the business discipline.
Key Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a Leaning & Development role, in a multinational company;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects;
•Proactive, adaptable and driven.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the design, planning and implementation of the local training curricula (e.g. technical training, professional qualifications and soft skills programmes), with focus on:
• Preparing and monitoring the training budgets and expenditures, as well as the delivery of the overall training curricula, using the systems in place;
• Assessing the effectiveness of the learning & development related activities and proposing ways of closing the potential gaps;
• Assessing individual training needs, in consultation with the relevant department L&D representatives;
• Identifying, selecting and coordinating external providers and accreditation bodies necessary to deliver training to the appropriate standards;
• Organizing training logistics, as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery;
• Designing communication campaigns meant to increase staff’s awareness of the L&D offering;
• Coordinating and developing staff involved in administrating L&D related projects;
• Contributing to the design and delivery of the local training programs;
• Working cooperatively with the regional Learning & Development representatives, as necessary
