    Cerinte

    - Advanced Excel skills
    - University Degree
    - Analytical thinking / very good with numbers and reports
    - Attention to details
    - Experience in a similar position (reporting + HR admin/payroll is an advantage)
    - Knowledge about HR processes / Compensation and Benefits
    - English language - minimum B1 level (medium)

    Responsabilitati

    - Creating and maintaining global professional relationships with key users across different departments - HR, Payroll, etc
    - Processes transactional changes into the HR Database
    - Maintains and updates the HR Database with the global tools, e.g. processing of Mass Change spreadsheets.
    - Work closely with the Business/Country HR to ensure the integrity of the data.
    - Delivery of a certain set of reports for senior HR Management, Country HR personnel and HR business partners (workforce details, headcount movements, turnover, appraisals, compensation types and revenues)
    - Delivery of ad hoc reports, customized to fit the requester requirements
    - Maintains the Grades and Salary Ranges of the participating EMEA countries, at the direction of the EMEA C&B Core Team HR systems support:
    - Support for HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR data and systems
