•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;
•Minimum 3 personal projects in software development with web technologies for the Junior and Entry Level Roles and minimum 12 months of experience for Junior, Mid or Senior Level positions;
•Good knowledge of algorithms;
•Strong knowledge of any programming language such as: Microsoft .NET, JavaScript or Java; Fluency in English, both oral and written;
•Key strengths: analytical skills, attention to details, diligence, excellent organizing and planning skills, versatility, entrepreneurial spirit, originality, team spirit.

•Developing excellent software applications, by meeting high quality standards, in an agile rhythm;
•Providing consultancy and permanent support to our clients, while sketching unique and reliable solutions;
•Running team brainstorming sessions in order to make use of the best technologies and software development practices;
•Facing production and release management issues, with a contagious enthusiasm;
•Acting as a key contributor to the technical development of the team by helping them catch up with the latest technologies;
•Juggling with various technologies: JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, C#, NodeJs, HTML, CSS, BackBoneJS and any other technology you consider useful for a proper accomplishment of the business needs.
