Our story

ORTEC is always looking for driven, enthusiastic young IT specialists, who would like to contribute to the growth and success of ORTEC. As an IT Support Employee, you will develop your skills by working with experienced IT specialists who will guide you. You will apply the required techniques and you will learn about the applications and project approach of ORTEC. You can use this knowledge directly in a diverse an international environment, in a mix of support-, system and application control tasks. You will be part of a small team in Romania, working directly for the Global IT Department of ORTEC.
What we require from you :
Able to fluently communicate in English (verbally and in writing).
IT passionate with previous experience on offering IT Support (2-4 years)
Knowledge of Windows Server, Networks, ADS, Domains, MSSQL, XML, Terminal Server, VM’s is a plus
Answer, solve, document and give feedback on Global IT requests / incidents via phone, remote or physical assistance at the desk.
Install of user hardware, (virtual) servers and software
Run software upgrades
Perform conversions according to procedures
Test/register of hardware, software according to internal procedures
Write correct and easily accessible documentation and procedures for ORTEC colleagues
Assist in projects
