Cisco Certification -> CCNA; CCNP (nice to have);
Router/Catalyst Layer 2 and Layer 3 knowledge;
Router/Catalyst Spanning-Tree knowledge;
Router/Catalyst VPLS knowledge (nice to have);
Router/Catalyst Layer 3 knowledge;
Routing BGP knowledge;
Routing OSPF knowledge;
HSRP/VRRP knowledge;
VRF knowledge;
Router/Firewall Rules - NAT knowledge;
Cisco Router (6500/7600/12000) knowledge;
Cisco Catalyst (3750/6500/7600) knowledge.

- Implementation of test scenarios and support for the setup of systems on mobile and fixed telephony IP Backbone network, inside the Laboratory of one of the leading Italian telecommunications companies;

- Configuration changes on Cisco and Juniper (routers, switches, firewall), alarm and machine messaging analysis, software upgrade;

- Analysis and troubleshooting on IP protocols based scenarios: BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, OSPF, HSRP/VRRP;

- Architectural revisions and alignment of the lab network to the live network;

- Operation and maintenance.

The above activities will be carried out on vendor devices, via user interfaces. Log analysis will also be carried out using protocol analyzers or through direct access to the machines

All the activities will be managed remotely and traced on a Remedy Tool.
