- Managementul proiectelor pentru atingerea obiectivelor stabilite si pentru incadrarea activitatilor in cerintele de timp, cost si calitate;
- Managementul, monitorizarea si alocarea resurselor disponibile sau implicate in proiecte;
- Intocmirea bugetelor de venituri si cheltuieli pentru proiectele in pipeline, ofertare si desfasurare;
- Urmarirea executiei bugetare a proiectelor in desfasurarea pentru atingerea obiectivelor financiare stabilite;
- Urmarirea permanenta a statusului proiectelor si intocmirea rapoartelor periodice;
