    Cerinte

    - Bachelor degree, is a preference
    • SAP knowledge or any ERP knowledge is a must
    • Communication skills in English both oral and written
    • Business driven and proactive mentality
    • Customer-, target- and result oriented

    Responsabilitati

    - Responsible for complete and timely Purchase Order handling and processing, including Delivery Notes and corrections if necessary.
    - Responsible for complete and timely pricing claim handling and processing
    - Responsible for complete and timely issue of credit and debit notes
    - Responsible for resolving and completing transport disputes in timely manner
    - Interfaces with customers, supply planning department and any other internal departments regarding order & delivery handling oriented issues
    - Handles and processes pricing arrangements directly on order-lines (Manual discounts on orders, display discounts)
    - Re-pricing on order level after centrally set-up of additional special price arrangements
    - Commitment release from reservation orders, shortage allocation to orders, manual modification of allocation on order level (swapping)
    - Files all necessary order/credit/transport documentation and approvals
    - Assists in ensuring logistics support to dealers: delivery creation, Requested Delivery Dates and Delivery slot management (by accounts)
    - Reporting related to any of the performed tasks
    - Actively participates in projects related to sales administration activities including specifying requirements, performing tests and checking results of implementation
    - Acts as back-up for other members of Sales Support department in the region, especially in areas of manual order placement, EDI orders corrections, reservation orders administration, customer master data maintenance, reporting, price claim handling
    - Monitors daily logistics processes, including outbound delivery creation, returns to hub and transport claims and disputes.
    - Manage claims and dispute registration is SAP and follow up the actual status until the CN is issued to our customers
    - Follow up the actual deliveries to each customers, sorting out documentation or any other shipment related issues, including delivery abnormalities.
    - Actively looking for logistics optimisation solutions and controls the actual loading volumes following the targets, budget defined for this activity.
    - Escalating VHD-s in order to improve SAP performance and actively participate in testing phases
