    Cerinte

    - Experience working in a similar position for minimum 2 years.
    - Ability to prioritize, take initiative and meet deadlines under pressure.
    - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
    - Ability to communicate the company's' unique value proposition.
    - Strong sales and prospecting skills – including a confident, but conversational phone presence
    - Proven ability to learn quickly, understand competitive threats

    Responsabilitati

    - Attracting the potential client’s attention and turn that interest into sales of kids accessories and furniture.
    - Initiate and continuously develop business relations with customers by offering suitable services and ensuring delivery as agreed.
    - Identify sales opportunities for sales process improvements, working in conjunction with members of the sales team
    - Create and execute prospecting plan through calling, email and following up on generated leads.
    - Pursue sales leads by visiting existing and new customers, identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
    - Professionally represent the company to existing clients
    - Improve and develop relationships with customers and establish partnerships with key decision makers;
    - Maintain accurate data in database throughout the sales cycle, ensuring consistency and accuracy in managing trials, clients, and users.
    - Create sale activity reports.
