Customer Liaison

- Self dependent planning of tasks between receipt and deadline;
- Self dependent assessment of product maturity including suggestions for improvements;
- Escalation of missing input data / support;
- Mechanical Engineering Background;
- English advanced, German intermediate is a plus;
- Strong engineering background;
- Experience with CAD, Catia V5, Siemens NX;
- Tolerance Chain Analysis.

- Pro-active clarification of requests;
- Modeling of exhaust systems and components with Hypermesh as per different customer standards;
- Simulation of exhaust systems and components with Optistruct/ABAQUS as per different standards ;
- Static load cases;
- Dynamic load cases;
- Thermo-mechanical load cases;
- Documentation of the results and assessment of the product maturity including recommendations to solve issues;
- Customer related standard presentations;
- Pro-active discussion of the findings with ETM PE Durability;
- Resource tracking and planning;
- Delivery of complete standard reports within deadlines including assessment of maturity based on engineering judgment;
- Monthly task planning/tracking with feedback of bottle necks or free resources;
- Responsibility to keep to customer and/or EET standards and use templates and macros;
- Participation in regular meetings to exchange knowledge ;
- Regular F2F meetings and short term support.
